Commitment To Excellence Service Award Program

AppleCare is pleased to announce a quarterly Commitment To Excellence award program for itsApple Authorized Service Provider (AASP) ship-to locations in Canada and the United States.The Commitment To Excellence award program seeks to recognize consumer and higher educationAASPs on a quarterly basis for their accomplishments in the AppleCare Service Excellence (ACSE)program.To be eligible for the award, consumer AASPs with a minimum weekly repairvolume of five (5) ACSE eligible repairs must maintain an average ACSE multiplierof 160 percent. Higher education AASPs must maintain an average ACSEmultiplier of 160 percent with a minimum weekly repair volume of four (4) ACSEeligible repairs. Eligibility is based on each individual ship-to location.*For Apple's first fiscal quarter of 2008, 125 AASP ship-to locations will receive aCommitment To Excellence program award. A perpetual award plaque will bemailed to each award recipient by the end of February. Providers with multiplelocations will receive a plaque for each eligible ship-to location. Congratulations to all our awardrecipients!A quarterly award plate or plaque will be mailed out each quarter to eligible locations that have metthe Commitment To Excellence program award criteria.AppleCare recommends that the detailed ACSE program information available via AppleCare ServiceSource be reviewed. The information includes FAQs, job aids, and webcasts that describe the ACSEprogram and provide insight into best practices for achieving high-scoring metrics. Please reviewthis material and take steps now to implement best practices to earn a Commitment To Excellenceaward for Apple's second fiscal quarter of 2008.* AppleCare, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to determine award eligibility.

The functionality, current mode (single record or linear), navigation bar, displayed fields, tab order and appearance of this form are controlled by the GYRE. Contact your Administrator if you do not have GYRE privileges or require assistance.
To Edit a Record:
- A selected record will have a Grey background.
- Place your cursor into a datafield and type.
- Use Tab (keyboard) to move to the next datafield.
- Press Enter (keyboard) to commit your data. Your background will flicker Green.
To Create (or Delete) a Record:
- If your GYRE has been enabled for the Toolbar, you will be able to Create New - or Delete existing records. An 'empty' (no values), temporary record will be at the bottom of your page when your page loads. This 'empty record' is only in your browser - and is not in your target Table. Note - you may need to scroll down for this record to be visible in your browser.
- An Empty record will show (examples) 8 of 7 ... 49 of 48, etc in the Toolbar.
- Type into your datafields in the EMPTY record, using Tab to move your cursor to the next field. When you are done - hit Enter on your keyboard. This record will flicker Green - and your new record will be committed to your Table.
- After you hit Enter - a new 'Empty record' will appear at the bottom of your Browser. Continue the process described above until you are finished.
